Presenting one more boring sabji in its better good looking and eatable form :)

hum log is sabji ko bhi kam hi pasand karete hai or na ke barabar khate hai.

Lakin is recipe ko banane and khane ka baad aap ise boring nahi kahnge.


ingredients:

gawar phali 250gm, 1 big potato, 1 small onion, 1 tomato, 2 green chilli

tadke ke liye rai, jeera, namak, redchilli, dhania powder, garam masala


pre process:

gawar phali ko ache se wash kar ke cut kar le.

cooker me phali dale ek potato rakhe or 2 cup pani dal ke gas pe rakh de.

minimum 5-6 citi le taki phali ache se na sirf pake balki gal bh jaye.


citi ke ane tak tomato onion and green chilli ko barik cut kar le.


process:

cooker ke thande hone per phali ko ek bade utensil me dale.

boiled aloo ko peel kar ke usi utensil me add kare.

ab phali and aloo dono ko ache se mash kare.

mash karne ke baad phali and aloo kuch aise dikhnge.




Ab ek kadhai le usme 1 spoon sarso ka tel dale, 2 spoon normal tel dale.

(sarso ka tel optional hai sirf hali si khushboo ke liye na bh add kare to chalega)


ache se kadhai ka tel garam kare or usme rai-jeere ka tadka de.

green chiili oninon add kare or halka brown hone tak cook kare.

salt, red chilli, haldi and dhaniya powder add kare. fir tomato add kare or ache se bhoon le.

last me mash kie hue fali and potato add kare.

ekdum thoda sa pani add kare taki sabji kadhai ma na chipke.

sabji ache se mix kare or last me thoda sa garam masala add kare.

Or bas gawarphali sabji ekdum ready hai.
