Pesh hai sharmaji ki rasoi se ek or dish "dahi-do-pyaza"
Lockdown ke time pesh hai ekdum easy fast and special dish.
Jab apke pas koi special sabji ke option present nahi ho to ye jarur try kare.
isko banane me lagenge sirf 20 min or swad hoga ekdum restaurant jaisa.
Ingredients:
5 small onion 1 cup curd 1 tomato 1 green chilli 8-10 moongfali dana.
salt, sugar, red chilli, haldi, dhaniya powder, garam masala, amchur.
Pre-process:
Onion ke cover nikal ke 2/2 cut lagale jaise bharwa sabji me karte hai.
Ab inhe ache se wash kar ke sukha ke liye side me rakh de.
Ab mixer ke chote jar le usme 1 green chilli cut kare or moongfali dane add kare or grind karle. Usi jar me fir tomato cut kar ke add kare or ache se grind kar le.
Ab ek bowl me 1 cup curd leke usme mixer ke jar ka paste add kar le. Is paste or curd ko ache se mix kar le.
Side me ek plate me sare dry masale mix kar ke onion me fill karde jaise hum bharwa pyaz me fill karte hai.
Bacha hua dry masala cur mix me add karle.
Process:
Kadhai me 3 table spoon oil le or ache se garam kare.
Ab is me rai jeere ka tadka dale and turant masala filled pyaz kadhai me dal de.
Kadhai ko dhak de or 2-3 minute pyaz ko tadke me pakne de.
Pyaz ko tadke me yane ki oil me hi ache se pakne de is sabji me pani nahi dalega.
Kyunki pani dalne se pyaz nahi paknge or swad rah jayega.
2-3 minute ke baad kadhai open kare pyaz ko ache se masale me mix kare.
Ab isme curd tomato wala paste add kar de or kadhai ko fir se dhak de.
3-3 minute ke interval pe sabji ko ache se mix karte jaye. lagbhag 10 minute me curd tomato gravy bhi pak ke ready ho jayegi.
Bas apki sabji ready hai, gas band kare yadi dhaniya patti hai to ise garnish kare.
Ab ise badhya garma garam chapati/ Parathe ke sath serve kare.
