Ingredients : aravi, oil, green chilli-2, tomato-1, curd-1cup, curry leaves and jeera for tadka.


step 1: 8-10 mid size aravi peel kar ke patli slice me cut kar le.

step 2: cut arvi ko ache se wash kar le or completely dry kar le. step 3: ek pan me 5-6 table spoon oil leke full garam kare.

step 4: aravi ko deep fry kar ekdum golden brown hone tak.

(agar thoda sa bhi kam deep fry kia to arvi gale me lagti hai or gale me itching deti hai) step 5: ek bowl me 1 cup curd, 1cup water, 1 table spoon besan le or ache se mix kare. step 6: Isi mixture wale bowl me salt, red chilli, haldi, dhaniya powder add kare. step 7: pan me se deep fry wala extra oil nikal de or bas 2 table spoon rahne de. step 8: ab pan me jeera or kadi pate add, fir green chilli add kare or thodi si hing. step 9: ab pan me curd wala mixture add kare or lagatar 2-3 minute stir kare.

(lagatar stir karna jaruri hai warna dahi fat sakta hai) step 10: 1 tomato ke roughly 8 pice kar ke pan me dahi mixture ke sath add kare. step 11: 5 minute tak mixture ko ache se pakne de.

step 12: fir deep fried aravi ko pan me add kare or 10 minute tak pan cover kar ke cook kare.

step 13: Dahi arvi ready hai, garma garam roti/rice k sath serve kare.
