Guvava curry

Yes correct Guvava curry not a chutny not a jelly its a curry.

Ingredients: 3 guava medium size.

(Half ripe, cut them in small pieces, try to get white one, red doesn't tastes good) 1 small onion 1 small green chili 1 small spoon Ginger garlic paste, if not available then

2-4 garlic piece chopped into small pieces 1/4 ginger in small pieces

Cooking:

Take Normal Cooking pan/ Kadhai, put it on gas and switch it on. Put 1 and 1/2 table spoon mustard oil, normal refined old doesn't tastes good. Put rai, jeera, saunf, green chillies and fry it for 2 minutes. Put ginger garlic paste and chopped onion and simmer the gas. Mix well and let them cook for 2 min. Put guava in pan after 2 more minute. Put salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Mix them well and add 1 table spoon water if guava is getting stick to the pan. Cook for max 4-5 min. If guava is not ripe then 6 min max.
